Fuel your body

Fuel your body

Fuel your body - it shows in your riding. Riding asks more of you than you sometimes realize.
Not just skill and technique, but focus, balance, strength - and presence.

And all of that starts with something very simple: energy. On days when you haven’t eaten enough, it shows. Your body feels heavier, your reactions slower, and it becomes harder to stay soft and connected.

Sometimes it’s not more training you need,  it’s just a little more fuel. Bring a banana to the stable. Eat something small before you ride.

It’s a simple habit - but it makes a real difference. Take care of your body. It’s part of your riding.

Do you notice the difference on days when your energy is low? 🤎
