From your first idea to the moment the leather moulds perfectly to your leg, we’re with you every step of the way.
1. Discover, Design & Measure
The foundation of your perfect fit — and the beginning of your custom journey. Everything starts here — with you, your riding, your body and your personal style. In this first phase, we explore what you need both aesthetically and technically:

Your discipline, weekly training, leg position, comfort preferences and goals.
Whether you need softness, flexibility, stronger support, more height or extra stability.
✔ Your personal style
Classic, bold, colourful, glossy, matte or suede — including top styles, toe shapes, trims, and details that make your boots uniquely you.
✔ Your measurements (made easy)
This is where your dream design meets your perfect fit.
We guide you through measurements step by step — either in a virtual fitting or in person. You don’t need prior knowledge, special equipment or experience.
Just riding breeches, socks and (ideally) a friend. Accurate measurements ensure your boots don’t just look beautiful — they help you to ride better, with improved balance, stability and connection. What this phase gives you: Clarity, inspiration and confidence. A complete design tailored to your riding — and precise measurements that set the foundation for a flawless fit.

2. Handcrafted Creation
Portuguese craftsmanship shaped around your measurements.
When your design is ready, our artisans in Portugal take over. Every panel, stitch, reinforcement and curve is crafted individually to match your exact measurements and riding style. The result? A boot that combines structure, softness and support — engineered to enhance your balance, stability and connection with your horse.

3. Delivery & First Ride
Your moment — and the beginning of a better ride.
Your boots arrive beautifully packed and quality-checked. Even custom boots need a break-in period: most riders feel the boots settle fully after 10–20 rides. During this phase the leather softens, the shaft drops naturally, and the boots mould to your anatomy — improving your leg position, posture and aids with every ride. We’re always here for questions, adjustments and support.

4. Ride, Care & Evolve
